Parents Let Daughter Ride In Dog Cage In Back Of Truck

This girl wanted to ride with her puppy after they picked it up. So, her parents allowed her to ride in the cage...in the back of their truck. What!?

Supposedly, the girl asked to ride in the cage and the cage was ratcheted down. Does that really matter? Isn't this not safe!?

We're all in agreement (well except Curtis) that this was not a dumb move. Hopefully, some action will be taken against these parents.
