Officer Steinebach with the Ottawa County Sheriff's Department made a little boy's birthday, while patrolling a local park.

Sunday afternoon, Braxton was celebrating his 4th birthday with a party at the park when Officer Steinebach pulled through on his normal patrol. He saw the birthday party going on, so he decided to hook Braxton up with a few stickers for his friends and a Chase Paw Patrol badge for Braxton. He even let the 4-year-old check out his patrol car, after hearing that Braxton wants to be a police officer when he grows up.

The quick visit made Braxton’s day/week! But Officer Steinebach wasn’t done yet. He soon returned with a complete gift bag the officer built for Braxton, including handcuffs, a radio and more! Needless to say, he was the best part of the party and Braxton is now on his way to one day being a police officer like his new hero Officer Steinebach.

Braxton’s mom says it best:

As a mother I am thrilled to see such an amazing example of a real life hero take the time out of their day for my son
