On Saturday morning, a man attempted to rob the PNC Bank on 44th Street SE and police are now on the hunt for the suspect.

According to WZZM-13, the incident occurred around 9:30 a.m.and the man in question was:

"...wearing a mask that appeared to be made of duct tape, an orange knit cap, sunglasses, and a black coat covered with a yellow reflective sleeveless vest."

He told employees he was there to rob the place but took off on foot, with no money, after about one minute. He did not appear to have a weapon.

The suspect is described as a white male, between 20 to 30-years-old, 5'8 to 5'11 in height and was carrying a red duffle bag.
