Study shows that about 5% of companies let their employees purchase extra vacation time. Would you?

Here's the breakdown. It sounds like companies usually charge about a days worth of pay for you to be able to have an extra vacation day. In addition, those same companies (and a few more) even allow employees to cash in vacation days they didn't use at the end of the year for a little extra dough.

So, basically it's like having unpaid time off. However, it works really well if you want the time off and don't have the option to have an "unpaid day" off.

So, we ask you the big question. Would you pay to have extra vacation?
