Things I learned today: back in 1989, there was a book released called "Prancercise®:The Art of Physical and Spiritual Excellence". In the book, you learn that the exercise is "A springy,rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse's gait and is ideally induced by elation." But now, NOW not only can you read about the awesomeness of Pracercise®-ing, you can also watch an informational video (that lucky for us, is available on YouTube).

Looks like all you need to Prancercise® properly are ankle weights, music, skin tight and frightening pants, a cardigan, and the same haircut my mom had back in 1995...
