I'm going to start by saying if you've never been to the Rockford Ice Festival, you need to be there next year.  Yeah, it's cool to see people doing ice sculptures.  Miniature golf on the ice course was also neat.

But, um, well, the attempt at the "World's Largest Ice Cream Sundae" was probably the neatest thing.  Who doesn't love ice cream?

And yes, they set the world record.   The goal was 250 feet.  The finished sundae?  352 feet, 11 inches.  That's a big ice cream sundae.   Me, Faith (my wife) and a few thousand others enjoyed the result.

A tip of the hat to Spartan Stores and the Rockford D&W Fresh Market for providing the ingredients!

Enjoy the video - and hopefully you can make it next year!
