ABC57 is reporting that shots were fired at the Berrien County Courthouse in St. Joseph, Mich. just before 2:30 p.m. Monday. This is a developing story.

In a press conference held at 4 p.m. Monday, the Berrien County Sheriff confirmed that two bailiffs were shot and killed, one sheriff's deputy was wounded and is being treated at the hospital, and several others were injured and are in stable condition.

The shooter, an inmate, was shot and killed by officers.

Another press conference will be held at 6 p.m. Monday.
