Should Your City Have An Age Limit On Trick Or Treating?

In some states, there are laws in place to limit the age of who can trick or treat.  In Chesapeake, Virginia there is a town that will fine children up to 100 dollars or 6 months in prison if they are trick or treating above the age of 12.

There is also a curfew for trick or treating in Chesapeake.  If a child is caught trick or treating after 8 pm they can get fined up to 100 dollars and serve up to 30 days in prison.
