  • Katy Perry says that John Mayer won't be on her next album. Just to be clear.
  • Katy, by the way, sent a text to Kristen Stewart, to assure her that she wasn't moving in on Kristen's ex, Robert Pattinson: "I know you've seen all this stuff, but you know I would never disrespect you. I'm not that person. I'm just trying to be a friend to him, but it is unfortunate that I do have a set of tits."
  • Simon Cowell claimed he didn't want kids because they take up too much time. Whoops! The "X Factor" judge, 53, is expecting his first child with New York socialite Lauren Silverman, 36, multiple sources confirm to People.
  • TMZ reports that the rehab facility that Lindsay Lohan has called home for weeks sent a letter to the judge in her probation case saying LiLo will lapse back into drug and alcohol abuse if she doesn't get more court-ordered therapy and the judge agreed. Lindsay needs three, 50-minute sessions a week for the next 15 months.
