Sixteen Candles + 27!

Five celebrities celebrate the same birthday including Modern Family's Matt Dillon who's 47 today, John Travolta (57), Vanna White (54), and Cybill Shepherd (61) -- and one of my favorite actresses growing up, Molly Ringwald!

Sixteen Candles came out before I was a teen, but I watched that movie over and over-- at the theater of course, because DVD's weren't out yet!!

Today, the Breakfast Clubette is celebrating her 43rd birthday with her hubby (actor Panio Gianopoulos) and three kids!

Ringwald is best remembered for her roles in John Hughes' iconic movies Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club and Pretty in Pink. Before her movie career, she appeared on TV's Diff'rent Strokes and The Facts of Life.  Her ABC Family show The Secret Life of the American Teenager returns next month.
