So, about that episode of ‘True Blood’ last night…

SPOILERS ABOUND! Don't read this article if you haven't watched the July 6th episode of 'True Blood'.

They warned us. They said before the final season of 'True Blood' even started.

You're going to lose some people.

However, when we lost Tara in the first ten minutes of the premiere we though perhaps we'd get off easy. Maybe just maybe we wouldn't have to deal with the heartbreak that comes with losing a favorite character yet again. I admit, I am much like Lafayette. I didn't cry the second time Tara bit the dust.

Last night's episode was of a completely different breed. Literally. We had to watch as the perfectly handsome and caring good guy Alcide was shot to death in cold blood by another human being. W. T. H!?

In an interview with Buzzfeed, Joe Manganiello actually said he saw it coming after he read that Sookie was going to hook up with the wolf at the end of season 6.

“I called it! I called it last year, they’re going to kill me — and if they don’t, they’re crazy.’”

Of course, if things were to come full circle Sookie would end up with Bill. I mean, I'd be lying if I didn't want to hear Bill Compton say 'Soooookeh' one more time.
