Steven Tyler’s National Anthem

Okay, so a ton of people are complaining about Steven Tyler's performance during the AFC championship game yesterday.

I actually thought he did pretty well.  I mean, at least he didn't flub any of the lyrics like so many other singers have done lately. That counts as a good performance, right there.

Now, it wasn't necessarily a phenomenal performance that gave me goosebumps.  But it was Steven Tyler.  You shouldn't expect some beautiful voice rendition.  You should expect gritty, occasional  near-yelling and some of his trademark "screaming" during the song.

And that's what we received.  He was rockin' a pretty cool scarf, too.  Check out the video.
