Stinger, a rescue dog, made a trip to Rivertown Crossings Mall yesterday to help raise money for the animal rescue, Luvnpupz.  His story hit West Michigan back in September when he was stung by hundreds of bees suffering a severe reaction and his owners abandoned him.  After he was sent to West Michigan University for immediate care, he was diagnosed with autoimmune disease.

Unfortunately, Stinger will never be available for adoption because of the cost of his care.  However, his skin has cleared up since September.  At Rivertown, he visited Yonkers to help sell coupon books for Luvnpupz.  The rescue was able to sell about 40 books.
