Time was running out at Glendale, Arizona's Deer Valley High basketball game, that's when the coach brought in an amazing substitution.

Jose Meraz is team manager for the Skyhawks basketball team, he is also is a student with special needs.

Wearing the uniform, Jose gets called out to the court, the ball gets passed to him and he takes a shot from the three-point line. He nails the shot at the buzzer, and lead the team to a 77-37 victory.

After hundreds of Tweets from students and Deer Valley, ESPN picked up the video and featured this shot on the "Top Ten Plays of the Night" segment on Sportscenter.
