A balloon fight is always a good way to have fun in the sun and cool down while you're at it!

However, Men's Fitness magazine has a more serious approach to making sure that you safely keep cool while you're trying to stay in shape this summer.

The highlight I thought was most helpful was their advice to eat complex carbs the night before a heated workout. Overnight the sugars will allegedly turn into glycogen (huh?), which helps our bodies hold onto its water supply.  Makes sense minus the technical terms, right?
