When you book a flight and head down to the airport, most of your experience is done digitally.  Most consumers book a flight on a computer, then they will check in at the airport using another computer.  And now the Newark Airport in New Jersey has added 'Libby,' the digital greeter, to it's technology resume.  But at what point are all of these digital interfaces too much?
