Taylor Swift got another opportunity to display her “I can’t believe it!” face when she captured the Choice Female Artist of the Year honor at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards tonight (July 22), beating out an impressive group of superstars that included Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry and Adele.

Though she has won Grammys and Country Music Association awards, Swift seemed especially pleased to receive recognition from this crowd. “This is a really huge award and I’m so excited,” Swift said after getting the surfboard from Lea Michele of ‘Glee‘ and Tyler Posey of ‘Teen Wolf.’ “I just feel so honored that I get to have you guys in my life. I’m so happy right now.”

She went on to thank everyone involved with ‘The Hunger Games’ and ‘Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax,’ two film projects she participated in. “Thank you Teen Choice for giving teens a chance to vote for something, because I love getting these!” Swift added.

Choice Female Artist wasn’t Swift’s only victory. When she took the stage, it was announced that she had won four additional awards for her work in both music and movies over the past year. She claimed Choice Single by a Female Artist for ‘Eyes Open,’ Choice Female Country Artist, Choice Country Song for ‘Sparks Fly,’ and Choice Movie Voice for Audrey in ‘The Lorax.’

Congrats to Taylor on another huge awards show haul!
