Did you hear about the 17-year-old in Texas who is pretty much getting away with murder? I know those are strong claims, but check this out.

Back in December he drove drunk, hit a car and killed four people. Police picked him up, he plead guilty, and ended up getting ten years probation. The family, and prosecutors were stunned by the judge's sentence.

This story just popped back up this week because prosecutors asked the judge to give the teen jail time, and the judge announced today that he is standing by his original decision.

Why? Because they believe this teen 'suffers' from affluenza, in other words, they believe his wealthy parents coddled him into a sense of irresponsibility.

Am I crazy, or is this wrong?
