Louise Elliott, a 32-year-old mother, raised £640 to put a homeless couple up in a hotel for Christmas.  Little did she know that her generosity was going to backfire badly.  Upon the couples departure from the hotel, the staff found the room absolutely destroyed!

Michiganders have a brand new summer anthem and it’s written and performed by The Accidentals, a local Michigan band. The band had a breakout year in 2015, winning awards at major events like South By Southwest, Summerfest, and Art Prize. The Accidentals are taking all of the momentum they built up last year and pushing it into 2016 with their brand new single “Michigan.” It’s official, Michiganders have a new summer anthem!

While the show was on vacation, Brittainy and Steve tied the knot in Florida!  The happy couple spent the week in Florida visiting Britt’s Aunt and Uncle and on September 2nd at 7:00pm, they officially became Mr. and Mrs. Bohner!

On Saturday, Wyoming was hit with a EF-1 Tornado, uprooting trees, knocking down power lines, and damaging homes.  The tornado was one of six that hit West Michigan this weekend.  Steve’s house was directly in the path of the tornado.  Luckily, his home was not damaged by the storm, but some of his neighbors were not so lucky.

The Barking Boutique in the Woodland Mall has received a lot of protest over the last few weeks.  So much so, that the Woodland Mall has terminated its lease and the store has closed.

Before the store closed, the BISSELL Pet Foundation secretly went in and purchased six of the seven dogs that were available.  All six dogs purchased by the BISSELL Pet Foundation had health issues and needed to be treated for different conditions.

"Saturday morning Curtis and Steve headed downtown for the Susan G. Komen Race for a Cure.  It was an awesome turn out on a rainy morning and we thank everyone for participating in such an amazing event!  We had the privilege of meeting several breast cancer survivors as well as the friends and family members who were supporting them."

Steve and his fiancée Brittainy recently moved into a brand new house and it’s very colorful, to say the least…  After everything is all said and done their house has over a dozen different colors of paint on the walls.  Some of the paint schemes Britt and Steve like, while others are a bit, well, abrasive.  Check out the gallery below and let us know what you think.
