You will never believe how 12 minutes can make a difference to your health. 


Nobody can make the excuse that they don't have time to workout because all you need is 12 minutes! A new study from Norway discovered that you only need 12 minutes a week to get and stay healthy. Four minutes, three times a week and you are good to go. The workout has to be an intense four minutes, but the study showed that it significantly helped the participant's health when they did it three times a week. Researchers said, "this data suggests it may be possible to reduce cardiovascular mortality with substantially less exercise than is generally recommended, provided it is performed in a vigorous manner." This study wasn't compared to the health of those who exercise for longer, but it is just suggesting that it might be as good. Seriously, could becoming healthier be any easier than this?
