This Cat Must Have Really Missed This Dog [VIDEO]

This cat and dog were apart for 10 days, when the dog returned the cat wouldn't stop doing this.

I know nothing about how cats communicate with dogs, but it looks like this cat his hugging this dog. Is it possible the cat missed his buddy and is really giving him a hug? Or is something else going on here?

Either way, it's kind of cool!
