Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition opened to the public at the Grand Rapids Public Museum on February 9, and since then, the Museum has experienced an overwhelming public response, selling out weekend shows of the exhibition.

It's because of the over whelming response that the Museum has extended their hours during select times to allow for those who cannot attend during the museums normal weekday hours to attend.

From February 25 through March 1 the museum will extend its hours to 9 p.m. The extended hours will also include the weeks of: March 18 - March 22 , April 1 - April 7 (Spring Break Week), May 27 - May 31, June 24 - June 28, and July 1- July 3, as well as July 7.

Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition has been designed with a focus on the legendary RMS Titanic’s compelling human stories as best told through authentic artifacts and extensive room re-creations. Perfume from a maker who was traveling to New York to sell his samples, china etched with the logo of the elite White Star Line -- these and more than 150 other authentic artifacts offer haunting, emotional connections to lives abruptly ended or forever altered.

It's best to get your tickets early to guarantee your visit, because tickets are timed and limited. The fee includes admission to the exhibition, a carousel ride, and admission to the entire Grand Rapids Public Museum; adults - $17, seniors - $16, children (3-18) - $12, children (2 and under) – Free. Member fees are: adult - $12, senior - $11, member child (3 to 18) - $10, children (2 and under) – Free.
