Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes Are Divorcing

People.com is reporting that they have learned exclusively that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are getting divorced.

The couple married back in 2006 and have one daughter, Suri, who is six.

Katie's attorney told People that this is a very private thing for Katie and her family and that she will remained focused, as she has always been, on Suri.

This was Holmes' first marriage, but Cruise's third. He was previously married to Nicole Kidman, with whom he had two children.
