Ohio University in Athens, Ohio is the winner.  Or is that loser?  Ohio University ranks as the #1 party school in the country.  Brigham Young University in Utah is ranked #1 on the stone-cold sober list for the 14th straight year.  Calvin College ranks #7 on the stone-cold sober list.
