Laura & Grace klompen dance around Centennial Park (Picture by Aunt Sabrina)

Tulip Time in Holland is one of the many highlights of living in West Michigan!

With tens of thousands of tulips planted throughout the downtown, Centennial Park, along Tulip Lane (where my late grandma lived for over 50-years), and behind Herrick Library-- the setting possibilities for a family photo are endless.
On Saturday, I made the drive from GR to the lakeshore to drool over all of the unique arts and crafts that adorned Centennial Park and later watched my niece, Grace, dance around the park.
It's always a proud Dutch heritage day (and week) for me and my family -- especially since Grace has been able to be such a big part of the festivities.
All day today you can take a Tulip Trolley Tour, attend the Quilt Show at the Holland Area Arts Council or go to Pillar Church for an organ concert at 7:30 tonight.  There are six opportunities to watch a Dutch Dance.  Times are at 1, 1:30, 2:30, 3:00, 7:00, and 7:20.
