WARNING: Radio Listening Can Be Hazardous To The Eyes!

California Police arrested a man named Tyrone Shelton, in of all places, a San Francisco General Hospital's psychiatric ward. 

It was Tyrone's 36th birthday when he was arrested for allegedly tearing out the eyeball of his 61-year-old roommate! WHAT THE HECK?

The two men lived at a skilled nursing facility in Vallejo, is that the politically correct term now and days? The story as it sits say tempers flared and a fight broke out because one of the men was apparently playing his radio too loud for the other. Again, What The Heck?

The Police said the victim suffered from severe swelling around his eyes to begin with so at first officers didn't even realize he was missing an eye. I wonder why this guy was in the psych ward in the first place, and why he was allowed to have a roommate.
