Between Black Friday and Cyber Monday lots of people were taking advantage of great deals, like on Amazon for example.

With that being said, you may be getting e-mail updates from Amazon but make sure to pay close attention to one that may look like it's coming from Amazon.com but it's in fact a scam.

The BBB says you may get an e-mail from Amazon with the subject "We could not confirm the address associated with your Amazon account."

Totally looks legit, right? However, that's not the case. The BBB says DO NOT click on the link.

The message is fake and an attempt to gain access to your personal information. The link does not lead to Amazon.com, but rather to a third-party website that could be carrying malware. 

Reputable and trusted businesses, such as Amazon, are a favorite for scammers to impersonate so don't click on any links from an unsolicited sender.
