Yoga has become a very popular trend lately, and there are countless types of yoga to choose from. A new and exciting form of yoga has just bloomed in a small Oregon farm. You guessed it, Goat Yoga!

Goat Yoga classes offer a 360 degree view of the Coastal Mountains while adorable goats wander around and cuddle with you. Lainey Morse, the owner of the farm, says that the classes are becoming so popular she has a 1,200-person waiting list!

Morse said the idea came to her when she hosted a birthday party in her barn and a parent suggested she have yoga classes in her barn. Lainey agreed the idea was great but insisted that goats have to join.

While the goats are a distraction to the participants, they are a happy distraction and people love it! Lots of people travel from all over and say that goat yoga helps tremendously with depression and anxiety. Morse, who was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, found that the goats were very therapeutic for her and definitely recommends it. It's hard to be sad and depressed with baby goats jumping on you.
