WHAT?! Justin Bieber Spotted Downtown GR This Afternoon

You know me and celebrities, I want to be their best friends, which means I'm about to be downtown for the rest of the afternoon after WZZM 13 reported that Justin Bieber was spotted eating at The Little Bird, which is downtown on Monroe Center, earlier this afternoon.

WZZM 13 says the manager confirmed that it was the Biebs at the restaurant.   They also report that he was later seen walking along Ottawa Ave.

Why is he in town?? WZZM 13 says that City Fest which is happening this weekend at Ah-Nab-Awen Park, confirmed that Bieber and Papa Baldwin were in town.  Could Hailey be here as well???  How many other celebs may be in town right now!?
