Story time!

I finally got some momentum this weekend at the gym. I went Friday after the show and ran 3 miles, the same for Saturday, and Sunday. Yay me, pat on the back and all that great stuff.

One of the things I have to start doing is carrying water with me when I run. I noticed after my run on Saturday I felt fine for a bit, but not drinking water after the run really messed me up.

I ended up getting light headed, moody, and really couldn't think straight. As soon as I got home I drank a few cups of water and I felt like a million bucks.

Moral of the story; drink water!
