The man who shot and paralyzed LARRY FLYNT in 1978 is scheduled to die by lethal injection next month for murder, but Larry doesn't want it to happen. He says the death penalty doesn't work, and life in prison is a far worse punishment than, quote, "the quick release of a lethal injection." He also says he'd like to torture and paralyze the guy himself.
