On Friday, ESPN reportedly sent out a memo to its employees, asking them to refrain from using the word "SUCKS" on the air. The memo explained, quote, "This word is simply not appropriate for ESPN . . .
"What you say and the language you use is important for our audience and sports fans of all ages. Please be mindful of this starting immediately."
Apparently, they HAVE been overusing the word. Deadspin.com compiled a montage of people saying "sucks" on ESPN . . . and it's fairly egregious. The site says everything in the montage was taken from the past month. (Here's video.)
