"Lone Ranger" star Armie Hammer:  His great-grandfather on his dad's side is an oil tycoon, which allowed his father to start several successful businesses that the family still owns, including a publishing house and a film and TV production company.



Adam Levine:  His father Fred Levine founded and still runs the upscale clothing company M. Fredric.



Julia Louis-Dreyfus:  Her great-grandfather founded the Louis Dreyfus Group, a massive commodities and shipping conglomerate.  Today, Julia's father is a billionaire.

The Majority of African-Americans Now Say O.J. Simpson Was Guilty 



When O.J. SIMPSON was arrested for the murders of NICOLE BROWN and RON GOLDMAN 20 years ago, the overwhelming majority of white Americans thought he was GUILTY.



But 60% of black Americans thought he was INNOCENT.  And that number held through the trial and O.J.'s eventual acquittal.



But things have changed over the last two decades.  At least a little bit.  In a new CNN poll, a slight majority of African-Americans, 53%, say O.J. did the crime.  (CNN)

Sean Astin Says He and Corey Feldman Are In if There's a "Goonies" Sequel 

SEAN ASTIN says he and COREY FELDMAN are definitely down if a "Goonies" sequel happens.  He says, quote, "I certainly like the idea of doing it.  I don't know if I'd be in it or not.  If they really wanted us to be in it, I'm sure there would be some way to work it out."  He added that he's heard the movie will probably focus on the CHILDREN of the original gang.

There's a Possibility of a New "Star Trek" Series on Netflix 



The "Star Trek" TV franchise might get new life ONLINE.  Netflix wants the rights to create and produce a new "Trek" series all on their own, like how they do it with "House of Cards" and "Orange is the New Black".



There's no word how serious talks are, but it doesn't sound like they're too far along.  We also don't know at this point how the show will related to any of the previous series, or to the J.J. ABRAMS movies . . . if at all.



The last "Star Trek" TV series was "Enterprise", which never really caught on and was canceled in 2005, after four seasons.

Waffle House Wouldn't Let a Waitress Have a $1,000 Tip . . . So the Customer Gave It to Her Directly

A 26-year-old waitress at a Waffle House in North Carolina got a $1,000 tip last month, but they wouldn't let her have it . . . their policy is to automatically refund big tips on credit cards in case the person challenges it later on.  But after the "Charlotte Observer" covered the story, the customer found out what happened and wrote her a check directly.

A Guy Almost Loses His Leg When the Ambulance Driver Stops to Pick Up Hitchhikers

A 60-year-old man in England had a blood clot in his right leg a few months ago, and was being rushed to the hospital in an ambulance . . . when the driver decided to stop and pick up some HITCHHIKERS.  He also stopped later to drop them off.  The 60-year-old almost lost his leg, but doctors were able to save him just in time.  He's filed a complaint with the ambulance company.

Maya Moore is 25.  Dominant UConn woman's basketball superstar who now plays for WNBA's Minnesota Lynx.  She was the first female athlete to ink an endorsement deal with Nike's Jordan Brand.



Claire Holt is 26.  "Original" blonde vampire Rebekah on "The Vampire Diaries".



Shia LaBeouf is 28.  Whether he annoys the hell out of you or just really annoys you, this guy is not going anywhere anytime soon.

Peter Bergman is 61.  "I'm not a doctor, but I play one on TV."  That was his line in those cough syrup commercials in the '80s, when he played Dr. Cliff Warner on "All My Children".

Frank Beard is 65.  ZZ Top drummer.  Ironically, he's the one WITHOUT the beard.



ADRIENNE BARBEAU is 69.  Well-proportioned minx from "Maude" who still shows up on our TVs from time to time today.  Showed her succulent cans in the rare, uncut version of 1982's "Swamp Thing", a 1987 film called "Open House" and the HBO series "Carnivale".  Most recently she showed up on "Revenge".



GENE WILDER is 81.  Comic legend from "Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory", "Stir Crazy", "Silver Streak", "Blazing Saddles" and "Young Frankenstein".  He's now retired and hasn't done any acting since a guest role on "Will & Grace" in 2003.



Ryan Dunn  (1977 - 2011"Jackass" star who died when he hit a tree, driving drunk in his Porsche.  His passenger was a production assistant from "Jackass 2" who also died in the crash.
