A Dead Shark Somehow Ended Up on the New York Subway

A small DEAD SHARK turned up on a New York subway train yesterday morning, and no one's quite sure how it got there.  There was speculation that it might be a promotional stunt for Discovery Channel's SHARK WEEK, but they quickly shot that down.

Believe it or not, the best pizza city in the country is . . . San Diego.  The website TripAdvisor looked at the average ratings for all the pizza places in U.S. cities, and San Diego had the highest average score.  The rest of the top five are Las Vegas, Boston, New York, and Seattle.  Chicago didn't make the top 10.
