Late six-time Grammy Award-winning singer's Whitney Houston's first live performances album is being released Nov. 10, Sony Music Entertainment's Legacy Records announced today.

"Whitney Houston Live: Her Greatest Performances" takes the arc of Houston's career, from her national network television debut on "The Merv Griffin Show" in 1983 as a teenager, when she sang "Home" from "The Wiz," to her emotional 2009 performance of "I Didn't Know My Own Strength" on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."

The producer of the CD and DVD is five-time Grammy Award winner Clive Davis.

"It definitely shows why she was totally unique, absolutely in the first rank of all time. For me, it's been very emotional," he said.

"The set vividly confirms that there really was no one like her. It also makes the tragedy of losing her so young so very painful."

Houston's sister-in-law, Patricia Houston, said: "Whitney truly had a matchless voice that not only made you feel good, but made you feel alive."

She was pop music's queen until her powerful voice and majestic image got ransacked by drug usage, erratic behavior and her tumultuous marriage to singer Bobby Brown. Houston died Feb. 11, 2012, at 48 years old.
