So, my boyfriend Michael makes fun of me all the time for wearing socks to bed! WELL, a new study has actually shown that wearing socks to bed actually helps you fall asleep faster! YES!

Supposedly, wearing socks to bed stimulates the blood flow in your feet which will warm up the remainder of your body faster. Once your body warms up (and gets comfortable) you can fall asleep.

Those that don't wear socks to bed have to wait longer for their blood flow to calm their body enough to put them in the right position to sleep.
