Woman receives $100 ticket

33 year old Hallie Bibeau of Newfields New Hampshire was out driving on Route 101 when she stopped because she saw some Duckling on the side of the road.  She decided to stop to try and save them and that is also when she saw the Ducklings mother was injured. Bibeau called 911 and when police arrived they asked her for her I.D and that's when the cop gave her a $100 ticket for parking on the median. She said that she is going to contest the ticket but state police that they try to keep the median clear for cars that have an actual emergency.
