Woman Texting Walks Straight Into A Canal [Video]

We've seen many instances like this happen in America but not quite yet anywhere else. Better than that this happened OUTSIDE where it was 27 DEGREES! Burrrrrrrrr! The girl was reported texting her boyfriend about something important when she walked right into the frigid water! Here's the thing we don't quite understand. The girl can walk down steps and text but she cannot look out for a canal right beneath her feet. Has she not walked there before?
