Are Katy Perry and Taylor Swift not getting along?

Taylor Swift has this mystery woman that she liked to complain about in the Rolling Stone and someone thinks that it is her and that someone is Katy Perry! Taylor Swift said that there might have been some personal conflict but she said she thinks that there wouldn't be a personal problem if she wasn't competitive. Taylor Swift also goes on to say that "She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me."
