So, basically this is some old dubbed over Bollywood movie. However, the dubbing over is not a joke. The subtitles are also exactly what needs to be written as well.

We're just really confused how any of this makes sense. The two men get on the phone and one demands money. You think that he's going to say that he's holding someone hostage or something but he just wants money. When the other guy says he won't give it to him he hangs up. Then, the other guy gets mad and hangs up too. It makes absolutely no sense!
