Facebook Offers Snapchat $3 Billion

Have you heard of Snapchat yet? It's that social service that teens and twenty-somethings are going crazy about!

Snapchat lets users take pictures or short videos and send them to friends and they then vanish within seconds. The two year old company is already valued at 4 billion. Facebook made the offer after Facebook's mobile app is slowing in users. The offer is nearly double what Facebook offered Instagram last year.
