New Chipotle Restaurant Coming to Rockford, Mich.

Love Chipotle? Great news! The fast-casual Mexican grill is opening up another location in West Michigan.

Know for its burritos, bowls, chips and guacamole, Chipotle also serves salads, tacos, and quesadillas. Chipotle claims to use real, fresh ingredients with no preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. The chain also says you won't find any freezers or can openers in their restaurants.

Currently there are more than 60 Chipotle locations in the state, with eight in West Michigan, including on 28th St. in Grand Rapids and 44th St. in Grandville.

Now a new Chipotle is moving in north of Grand Rapids. MLive reports that the restaurant is opening up at 2887 10 Mile Rd. NE in Rockford.

It's located within a multi-tenant building that includes Jersey Mike's and a dental office. Other nearby restaurants include Taco Bell and Culvers.

While an exact opening date for the new Rockford Chipotle has not been shared, on Google it's listed as opening in September.
