[VIDEO] Deer Breaks Into Furniture Store, Causes Chaos

Michigan is in the thick of deer hunting season. While many hunters have taken full advantage of the season, there is an unfortunate side effect of hunting season: it really riles the deer up.

Car crashes are even more prominent during fall due to erratic behavior from deer during hunting season. Deer leap and gets themselves into some very odd situations. However, few deer can top the oddity of a deer in Saginaw County that decided it wanted to test some furniture before the snow arrived.

On November 19th, a deer burst through the front window of Hradner White Furniture and Mattress Store in Kochville Township. The deer, wounded from breaking the window, raced around the store. Police were called to the scene and attempted to maneuver the bleeding deer out of the store, but it appeared to be confused and struggled to stay on its feet.

The police officers managed to pick up the deer and carry it out of the store where it stumbled outside before wobbling away. Shockingly, outside the window breaking and the deer knocking a frame off the wall, the store, officers, and employees were unharmed.

Firearm deer hunting season ends on November 30th. As of publication, the DNR reports that 188,497 deer have been harvested in 2024. For tips on how to avoid a potential wreck with deer this time of year, read below.
