Massive ‘Twilight’ Movie Reunion Taking Place At Motor City Comic Con

When the first Twilight film burst on the scene back in 2008, nobody expected it to become a worldwide phenomenon. The love triangle between Edward (a vampire), Jacob (a werewolf), and Bella was inescapable. Everyone wanted to know if you were #TeamEdward or #TeamJacob. Even though critics generally roasted the films, the audience support was strong, with the movies earning over three billion dollars at the box office.

It has maintained a large and loyal fanbase, which is why the announcement from Motor City Comic Con that a massive reunion featuring multiple main cast members will take place at this year's convention is something you don't want to miss.

Motor City Comic Con's Twilight Reunion

The annual Motor City Comic Con brings many of pop culture's most beloved actors and artists to one hall for fans to meet their heroes and attend various panels. This year's celebrity guests are stacked, featuring John DiMaggio (Futurama, Adventure Time), Juliette Lewis (Yellowjackets, Cape Fear), and Matthew Lillard (Scream, Scooby-Doo), to name a few.

But perhaps the most significant event is the reunion of four Cullen family members: Jasper (Jackson Rathbone), Alice (Ashley Greene), Emmett (Kellan Lutz), and beloved father Carlisle (Peter Facinelli). You can take a photo with each of the Twilight members for $350 or other member combos for less. Each of these actors played their respective roles in each entry in the Twilight Saga from 2008 to 2012.

If you've ever wanted to watch Twilight with the cast, now you can. MCCC will host a Q&A panel with the cast and a screening of the movie for your fellow Twihards.

It's a shame that Michigan native and central star Taylor Lautner (Jacob) will not be a part of the Michigan reunion, but it's impressive to get four of the same cast members in the same spot. The full reunion details will be announced on October 30th, but we will update this article when the full details are released.
