A Michigan man has turned himself in after allegedly exposing himself to pre-teen girls in Oakland County.

A clear photo of the accused was posted on the Oakland County Sheriff's Office Facebook page yesterday, Monday, August 4th, 2025, making it only a matter of time before he was identified.

The girls claim the man walked by them twice, lifted his shirt, and exposed himself through an open zipper. The incidents occurred on June 29, 2025, in Rochester Hills, outside the Shake Shack and at the Barnes & Noble, both located along North Adams Road.

The Oakland County Sheriff's Office reports that the man in question is a 32-year-old Brandon Johnson Richardson from Auburn Hills. The suspect, accompanied by his lawyer, turned himself in to authorities at 8:15 PM last night, Monday, August 4th, 2025.

Authorities involved are expressing their gratitude and commending the community for helping to identify the suspect. Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard offered the following statement,

I appreciate the public's help with numerous tips coming in after the suspect's photo was released.

Whether more victims will come forward or if this is an isolated incident remains uncertain. Both questions are yet to be answered.

As of now, according to Click On Detroit Local 4 WDIV,  Brandon Johnson Richardson was charged with two counts of indecent exposure.

The investigation is still ongoing, and we will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
