A Detroit woman hit it big on Wheel of Fortune Thursday (10/2) but got stumped by a wacky bonus puzzle: "I Have a Wacky Idea."

By the way, hat tip to Wheel of Fortune blogger Andy Nguyen for help with the recap.

Eve Kyle gave a shoutout to her son Billy and her two grandchildren when she introduced herself to host Ryan Seacrest, noting that her cup is always full—not half full, full.

Eve Kyle’s Big Wins

After that, it was off to the races as Eve solved puzzle after puzzle, building an impressive lead, racking up a big cash total, and scoring a rail trip through New England and Quebec.

Puzzle Highlights and Photo Recap

Take a look at this puzzle in the category The Office. After hitting a bankrupt wedge, Eve’s opponents AJ and Chris helped fill in some letters before she got to play again. After a few spins, she solved the puzzle. Would you have been able to come up with the answer?

The only letter left to reveal here is the “D,” making the final word in the puzzle “Cold.”

At the end of regular play, Eve had racked up a total of $31,900, topping AJ, who won $11,500, and Chris, who went home with $2,000.

Bonus Round Challenge

Eve moved on to the show’s Bonus Round and chose “Phrase” as her category.

Unfortunately, the Detroit contestant wasn’t able to solve the bonus puzzle and didn’t win the additional $45,000 prize revealed in the envelope.

See if you could have come up with the correct phrase:
