Michigan Town Recognized As Magical Christmas Destination in U.S.
It is the time of year when everything is all about the holidays.
From decorating your house, getting a Christmas tree, and finding the perfect gifts before your holiday, there is plenty to do to get ready for the holidays.
If you have no plans for the holidays, consider visiting a Michigan town that Country Living dubs as one of the 30 Most Magical Christmas Towns in the United States.
Michigan's Magical Christmas Town = Ann Arbor
Country Living chose the city of Ann Arbor as the most magical Christmas town.
"There's so much to love about a Christmas in Ann Arbor, from the dozens of holiday events offered (think: free outdoor markets, German food fairs, lantern parades, s'mores roasting, and live music, just to name a few)."
While Michiganders may have other Christmas towns in mind, Ann Arbor used to have the annual "Sing Along with Santa" event.
According to Country Living, it was presented by the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra, and the "Sing Along with Santa" event "is a can't-miss spectacle. It's just what it sounds like: A carol sing-along featuring Santa himself, plus plenty of cookies and cider."
While the Santa singalong event is not a thing this year, there are plenty of things to do for the holidays in Ann Arbor.
Besides Ann Arbor, I believe these are the Michigan towns that are perfect for those who want a little holiday cheer.
