Joe Knight’s Insight: Hockey Is Back, NHL And Players Union Agree To Deal

The NHL and the Players Union agreed earlier this morning to end the Lockout that has cost us (former) fans many games this season. YAY! Sorry, can you sense my sarcasm.

Now that these greedy people have agreed on who gets our money we spend to see the games we were kept without, is everyone NHL fans again? Do we not realize for the second time in a very short time these rich millionaires and billionaires were fighting over money?

Even the NFL did not miss time and they make 10 times the amount of cash. But forget the NHL, they lost me for a few years last time, I will not be coming back this time. Sorry Wings, I'll miss you as much as you missed playing for my enjoyment.

I'll just stick to watching Griffins hockey, even though they are a Wings affiliate, they didn't cost me any awesome hockey here in town.
