Kent ISD Puts Tech Center on Lockdown

A source inside the Kent Intermediate School District building reports that the Kent Career Tech Center is on lockdown due to a planned possible shooting

UPDATE 11:43 - WZZM 13 is reporting that police are now saying that parents found a threatening social media post in regards to the Tech Center.  The students and staff were told to take shelter and the police are saying that the threat was related to "shooting up the school."

UPDATE 12:50- Fox 17 is reporting that police say the threat was between students and not an act of mass violence. Authorities are on site to escort second-session students off campus

Authorities are currently searching for a student who may be involved.
