28th Street Metro Cruise

It's the final weekend of August. This weekend features festivals, fairs, music, classic cars, dance, beer, baseball, and even a chance for you to get naked.

It is the final couple of weeks of summer, but that doesn't mean things are slowing down when it comes to fair and festivals in the West Michigan area.

For the first time since beginning in 2005, the Metro Cruise had to cancel last year's event due to COVID, but it's back and bigger this year!

2020 was the first year the Metro Cruise was cancelled in its 15-year history.

On Saturday, I was at Family Fare in Wyoming for a live remote and at the same time was the 28th Street Metro Cruise so I decided to stick around afterwards and check out some of the cars and indulge in some food truck food.
